MEG Business (Management Expansion Group) is a PT Business Solutions company. Founded in 2006 by Brian Gallagher PT, MEG has assisted hundreds of PT Private Practice owners in the startup, management and best practices to become a part of the top 10% of private practices nationwide.

Brian Gallagher, PT is the founder and President of MEG Business Management, LLC. He has more than 27 years of experience in the field of rehabilitation and 19 years in business and specializes in Physical Therapy practice management and executive coaching nationwide.
As a licensed business management coach, Brian has helped hundreds of business owners nationwide improve their business operations. Brian trains owners how to properly restructure their practices to achieve improved systems of efficiency and productivity. Additionally, Brian has spoken on practice marketing and public relations strategies that have proven results for double-digit growth year-over-year with businesses around the country.
